In 2011, One Source was sought out to restore some of the original features of this 19th century Annapolis waterfront estate, like the water tower that sits to the east side of the property. Our team brought the tower back to life by building a new frame for its foundation and suspending it to provide long-term protection. A primary bathroom addition, transitional room, custom weighted windows installed throughout the house, and award-winning copper roof are just some aspects that showcase the beauty in marrying the old with the new in this historical home.
