| Located in Pikesville, this remodel was all about transforming a home to better suit a relocating family from Chicago. Working closely with the clients and interior designer Kelly Mathioudakis—mostly virtually—We reimagined the space to create a modern, functional design tailored for entertaining and everyday living. The renovation included opening up the kitchen by removing a dividing wall, installing custom cabinetry, an oversized island with wraparound storage, and stunning mitered-edge marble countertops. Throughout the home, refinished and seamlessly blended hardwood floors enhanced the cohesive feel. The primary suite was expanded to include a luxurious bathroom with a large walk-in shower, freestanding soaking tub, and custom cabinetry for a his-and-hers vanity and dressing table. Overcoming the challenges of an angled floor plan, we helped create a warm, open, and stylish space that perfectly blends form and function. |
