I had lived in my modestly updated row home in Baltimore for 15 years before I decided to do a custom renovation. I met with several contractors and ultimately decided that One Source was the best fit for me. My remodel included extending the first two levels and adding a third level of living space. The entire team at One Source, from Todd and his construction team to the office staff, were wonderful and collaborated with me throughout the process. We genuinely enjoyed working with everyone on the OSC team. While Todd was our original interface and proved a thoughtful and invested partner, we came to appreciate each person on the team for their distinctive skillset. The team of on-site technicians were personable and took great pride in their work, many of them applying their ingenuity or learning new crafts to restore the log house.
