OWNER AND PROJECT MANAGER
Todd is the owner and lead project manager of One Source Contracting, a family-owned business located in the heart of Fells Point.
His mission is ambitious, but simple: to deliver the highest quality product possible to his clients; and in the last 25 years he has done just that. He's built a team that has the experience and patience to deconstruct a house piece by piece and bring it up to modern standards to fit the lifestyle needs of the client. From an Annapolis waterfront estate built in the early 19th century to some of the most charming homes in Baltimore’s historic districts, Todd and his team have established themselves as experts in marrying the old with the new.
When Todd isn’t driving to and from job sites, you can find him in the city cheering on the O’s or enjoying some of Baltimore’s best restaurants with his wife, Christina and two daughters, Ana-Sophia and Emmy.
