Annapolis Home Renovation

Built in 2006, this Annapolis home was redesigned to better suit a young family’s lifestyle with thoughtful renovations across both floors. On the first floor, the kitchen was transformed with a new layout, rerouted trade work, a custom stucco hood, and a dedicated coffee bar area, all complemented by elegant herringbone white oak flooring. The guest powder room received a stylish refresh with bold wallpaper, while the laundry room and mudroom were updated with new finishes, including custom tongue and groove paneling. A new staircase was installed to optimize space and flow. Upstairs, the primary bathroom was elevated with a luxurious soaking tub, walk-in shower with a bench, heated floors, and a custom double vanity with tile wainscoting. The primary closet was reconfigured for better organization, featuring his-and-hers storage, refined flooring, and a second washer and dryer for added convenience. These upgrades created a home that blends functionality with high-end style, perfectly tailored for modern family living. We partnered with Julia Longchamps Design for this project.
