This whole home renovation in the prestigious and historic Homeland neighborhood was designed to transform a traditional home into a modern family haven for an established couple with a young child. Working closely with interior designer Rob Sobczak of Bowtie Designs and the buyers’ real estate agent Trent Waite during the purchase process, One Source developed a comprehensive renovation plan that would honor the home’s historic character while adding contemporary functionality for entertaining and family living. This project encompassed a first floor layout reconfiguration, primary suite expansion and refreshes throughout the remainder of the home. One Source worked within the HOA guidelines to ensure the exterior of the home was updated to both the clients wishes and HOA parameters. The completed renovation delivers exactly what the clients envisioned—a stunning home that honors the past while embracing modern family living in one of Baltimore’s most desirable neighborhoods.
