Located along the Falls Road Corridor in Lutherville-Timonium, this project transformed both the interior and exterior of the home to create more efficient family living spaces and a better connection to the existing pool area.
Inside, the laundry and mudroom were completely reimagined to maximize storage, organization, and day-to-day usability. We removed an existing closet to create a full wall of custom lockers and bench seating for the children, and installed custom cabinetry designed around a highly efficient laundry layout. The space was elevated with an apron-front sink, stone flooring, tile backsplash, integrated beverage drawer, and a new custom metal entry door with matching window that provides convenient access during pool days.
Outside, we redesigned the deck and pool access areas to improve circulation and expand usable outdoor living space. The project included a new deck layout, rebuilt stairs to the upper deck, an oversized sliding patio door, and a concealed storage closet designed specifically for pool equipment and accessories. An under-deck drainage system was added beneath the upper porch, creating a dry, protected space below and making the outdoor areas more enjoyable in all weather conditions. Working in collaboration with Pinehurst Landscaping, we delivered a cohesive design that ties the home, pool, and outdoor living spaces together into a seamless family retreat.
