This kitchen renovation in the heart of Patterson Park was designed to create a more functional and updated space that better supports everyday living. Working closely with interior designer Kelly Mathioudakis, One Source developed a thoughtful plan focused on improving flow, storage, and overall usability while refreshing the look and feel of the kitchen. The project included new custom cabinetry, updated appliances, a custom faux plaster finished hood, and new plumbing and light fixtures, along with a fresh paint refresh to brighten the space. New flooring was also installed throughout the entire first floor, creating a cohesive connection between the kitchen and adjacent living areas. The completed renovation delivers a refreshed, practical kitchen that feels seamlessly integrated into the home and well-suited to the clients’ needs.
